Grounded Theory

Grounded Theory is a music band that was born on a psychiatric ward, in spite of the social and physical barriers of the setting. Ever since its foundation, the band has been working for social inclusion of persons with ill mental health and incrementing their representation on the spanish arts scene.

Four musicians with different styles and specialties form the band: Eduardo Martínez (bass guitar), Ruben de Unamuno (vocals, songwriter), Andrea Lettieri (vocals, bass guitar) and Claudia Serrano (percussion). Thanks to the varied styles of the band members result in rich and mutifaceted tracks that blend indie with progressive rock and alternative styles.

Grounded Theory sees the Introspection Music Experience Project as an opportunity to keep growing as a group and share their first hand experiences with music and mental distress with the European audience.
