Thomas Werbrouck

Thomas Werbrouck (from the band Little Trouble Kids) is the brain behind KRANKLAND. KRANKLAND is a one-way trip through Thomas’ musical DNA. With the compass aimed at the great songwriters (Elliott Smith, Leonard Cohen, Neil Young, Nick Cave, Tom Waits) it has the blood flowing where it can’t go: sound experiment (Dirty Three, Johnny Greenwood, Sqürl) travels hand in hand with intimate, fragile song material. His debut ‘Wanderrooms’ (2016) is a poetic and musical sediment of a tropical year, a reflection of highs and lows, of self-doubt versus self-confidence, from demons, satyrs and love.
